If an issue is causing relationship stress, you can restore relationship stability, at least in the short term, by spending some time discussing your needs with one another. For example,” I need you to listen to me vent about this” or “I need you to stop bringing it up every single day.” This will make it easier for the two of you to work together as a team while you continue to cope and resolve other problems.
