Moms work less during coronavirus. We support a lot of working parents at Flourish, especially moms who are juggling their personal and professional lives. Unsurprisingly, mothers are getting hit the hardest by the domestic effects of the pandemic: a lack of consistent childcare, the pressure to accommodate remote learning, and inequitable gender demands at home.
