As females everywhere know, when life becomes complex and circumstances become increasingly difficult, it’s often the women who function as shock absorbers for those around them. This means absorbing the volatile energy in order to stabilize their environments – calming an upset customer, challenging an employee to meet expectations, or nurturing your own child through a difficult moment – sometimes all in the same day.

Yet the spaces where women occupy leadership roles often don’t allow them the luxury of being real or transparent about their own challenges. They don’t allow space for the woman inside of the role. This forces some female leaders to put on a brave face while they mask their true reality from those around them. It forces far too many successful women to operate inside the stress of isolation.

Take Cara for example. After working her way to the top of her organization, the executive leadership team charged her with leading the company’s largest turn around initiative in decades. Full of passion and brilliant ideas, she charged full team ahead, surpassing the timelines set.   • Participants receive 90-minute individual coaching sessions with Angela Sasseville, MA every other month over the course of the mastermind program to focus on their unique growth goals.
  • This personalized guidance ensures that you have consistent, high-level support to help you stay aligned with your purpose while pursuing tangible results in your career and life.

COST EFFECTIVE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • The Universal Philosophy of Leadership© found that leaders can progress through 5 stages of professional development, although 75% of leaders spend their careers operating at the 2 lowest levels.
  • This program is designed to show you how to elevate your leadership skills to the next level so that you become more effective in your business relationships and in getting the job done.

Our first group begins in-person in Denver, Colorado in August 2025!

This group will meet in-person one afternoon each month in Cherry Creek North. We are currently accepting applications and interviewing interested leaders.

Senior Female Leaders who qualify are:

  • Senior executives/Stakeholder in small to medium companies.
  • Directors and higher position in medium to large organizations.
  • Has ownership over at least one major objective of the organization.
